Slide gate plates and mechanisms
The mechanism is characterized by simple structure and convenient operation. When installed in the pouring position of tundish, it can quickly change tundish nozzle within one second and keep stream continuous. The normal service life of the mechanism is over 3000 hours. Optional springs are as follows: gas spring, coil spring and disk spring, whose service lives are above 1000 hours.
The slide plates we can supplied: Al2O3-C, Al2O3-ZrO2-C, MgO-C and MgO-spinel-C
Nozzles: High alumina, corundum, Al2O3-C and MgO-C
